Helping women feel better about themselves.

Being a mother requires being honest with ourselves about which needs can be met through motherhood and which needs must be met through the continued development of self.

Your best self starts here.

Sense of Self

The Self/ish Edit

If I can teach women anything, it would be to be unapologetically themselves, no matter what.

Exploring how work and motherhood impact our sense of self.

We are sold a narrative that motherhood is selfless work, we are told that that we must prioritize the wants and needs of our kids above our own, we are taught that in order to be a ‘good’ mother we must ignore ourselves. I push at the edges of societal expectations and challenge the narrative that motherhood is meant to be selfless work, helping women mother from a place of fullness of self (self-ish-ly) rather than the other way around.

After leaving my corporate career behind to be more available for my kids, I found myself mothering at the expense of myself before making it my mission to support other women in pursuing work post kids.

A strong sense of self is at the center of everything I do.

There is no one size fits all approach to work and motherhood. I believe that the best any of us can do is look inside of ourselves and determine who we want to be and then work to bring that version of ourselves to life, not in spite of but because of your kids. I help women deepen their sense of self and align their lives by meeting them where they are and guiding them toward where they ultimately want to be, illuminating possibilities along the way.

WHAT SHE SAID:

“With a headstrong belief that moms should be given the opportunity to succeed outside their parenting lives, Tiffany has spent years cultivating a world where women lean on each other and lift one another up in their career endeavors.”
