SUPPORT FOR MOMS

Making Motherhood Work.

Whether you’re returning to work, rethinking your career path, or ready to build something new, I help women clarify what they want and create a plan to get them there — without losing themselves in the process.

Your career shouldn’t come at the cost of your family, your ambition isn’t a problem to fix, and you’re allowed to build a life that actually fits.

THE QUIZ

Overworked and overwhelmed, but still ambitious as hell?

After years of working with ambitious moms, I started to see the same patterns repeated over and over again. Smart, capable, driven women applying the same pre-kid strategies to their post-kids lives — and then wondering why nothing seemed to work.

The reason: motherhood changed who you are. There's a gap between the woman you were before and the woman you are now — a shift every mother goes through that no one actually names. I name it. Because once you can see it, you can finally close it.

Being a mother requires being honest with ourselves about which needs can be met through motherhood and which needs must be met through the continued development of self.

THE UNNAMED SHIFT

You did everything right — so why do you feel like a stranger in your own life?

You built the career. You had the children. You kept every plate spinning — and somewhere in there, you stopped recognizing yourself. Not dramatically. Quietly. A slow disappearing act nobody warned you about and nobody seems to talk about.

Here's what I want you to know: you are not broken, ungrateful, or behind. You are in the middle of an identity shift that every mother goes through — one our culture never bothered to name. And you can't change what you can't see.

I make the unseen seen. That's the work: giving the shift a name, a language, and a way through.

Your career shouldn't come at the cost of your life. Your ambition isn't a problem to fix. And you're allowed to build a life that actually fits — starting with the self underneath it.

THE IDENTITY FIRST FRAMEWORK

Identity is the root system under everything else.

You've tried fixing the visible things — the career, the schedule, the balance, the ambition you keep shrinking to fit. But those are branches. When they keep breaking, it's not because you're doing it wrong.

It's because the root system underneath them — your identity — hasn't been tended since the day you became a mother.

My work puts identity first: deepen your sense of self, and career, motherhood, and ambition finally have something to grow from. That's not a mindset trick. It's the foundation everything else has been waiting on.

I help women embrace the life they want, rebuild what no longer fits, and create a version of work and motherhood that feels aligned for this season of their life.

Motherhood shouldn’t mean losing yourself—it is where your next chapter begins.

What I believe…

Your career shouldn't come at the cost of your family.

Your ambition isn't
a problem to fix.

You're allowed to build a life That actually fits.

SELF-PACED

Self/Exploration

Once you can see it, you're ready to explore it — on your own terms, at your own pace. My self-paced courses, workbooks, and tools give you the structure to dig into the questions that matter: Who am I now? What do I actually want? What's no longer working?

No calls, no commitments, no pressure. Just you, doing the quiet work of getting to know the woman you've become.

Perfect for: Women who know something needs to change but isn’t sure what yet.

Identity Coaching

Self/Expansion

There's a point where exploring alone stops being enough — where you know what's wrong but can't seem to move or push past it. That's where I come in. Through 1:1 coaching sessions we take everything you've uncovered and turn it into motion: real decisions, real changes, a career and life redesigned around who you are now. You bring the honesty; I'll bring the structure, the strategy, and the accountability.

Motherhood changes everything — including how you see your work, your time, and your purpose. I help ambitious, overextended women design fulfilling careers that align with who they are now — not just who they were before kids. If you’re craving clarity, confidence, or a refreshed sense of direction, you’re in the right place.

ABOUT ME

I'm not teaching from a pedestal.

I'm an educator and identity coach dedicated to the advancement of mothers — empowering women to deepen their sense of self and expand their vision for what is possible. I built this work because I lived the gaps I now help women close: the slow, disorienting drift between the woman I'd worked so hard to become and the woman motherhood asked me to be.

I push at the edges of societal expectations and challenge the narrative that motherhood is meant to be selfless work — because a woman who knows and understands herself mothers from strength, works from clarity, and builds from desire instead of depletion.

My lane is the intersection of who you are and what you build. Identity first. Everything else follows.

I’m here to help you cut through the noise, the pressure, and the impossible standards that have kept you overworked, under-fulfilled, and feeling stuck. Because your career shouldn’t come at the cost of your life, your ambition isn’t a problem to fix, and you’re allowed to want success, ease, and a life that actually fits.
