BURNOUT

Burnout is the undeniable feeling that something needs to change.


Burnout is defined as physical or mental collapse caused by prolonged overwork and/or stress. It often presents as feelings of depletion or fatigue or exhaustion, plus feelings of frustration and/or negativity. If left untreated or unaddressed, burnout can lead to a complete inability to function properly - been there, done that!
