LACK
Overcoming lack is how we take our power back.
Lack is the state of being without or not having enough of something. We live in a ‘never enough’ society that will repeatedly tell you what you need and yet, I have found that focusing on the ‘lack’ of something often perpetuates our problems. Focusing my attention on our lack or childcare or our lack of routine or our lack of regularity or our lack of balance ultimately made me feel worse about the situation.
